  gta sa tunning options

Hey guys, I've installed this car Ferrari F430 Scuderia 2007 ( here http://mttrance.blogspot.com/2010/12/ferrari-f430-scuderia-2007.html ) I installed everything without any problems. So, i've tried to play the game, was all good, but when I exit from the game, gta showed the error (Don't Send). I don't know what the problem is, but maybe in this lines which I not completely understood (C:\Games\GTA San Andreas\data/shopping.dat - section carmod2 # Lowriders and section carmod3 # Street Racers ) Because in this sections I put these lines:
item bnt_a_scd
item exh_a_scd
item lgt_b_scd
item rf_a_scd
item spl_a_scd_b
item spl_c_scd_b

For both sections: section carmod2 # Lowriders and section carmod3 # Street Racers
And in game when I change the tunning parts and the Exhaust not put (part, which I buy, but can't see it on the car)

Maybe someone know what to do, to be the correct settings
Would be nice, if someone put own Shopping.dat file with correct settings on this car.

I did not replace them, I add as is written in readme.
I don't know how to add new parts and yes, I was reading this tutorial, but didn't understood it.
